Job Overview

We are looking for AI Data Specialists to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Arabic (Levantine). This is a freelance, part-time position offering flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will be a native Arabic (Levantine) speaker with strong English proficiency, interested in shaping the development and safety of today's AI models. This role is perfect for students, recent graduates, stay-at-home parents, gig workers, or professionals seeking flexible remote work opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform data collection, evaluation, and annotation tasks on AI-generated content
  • Conduct pairwise comparisons to assess and improve AI model outputs
  • Execute counting tasks and quantitative data analysis
  • Perform object tagging and labeling across various content types including audio, video, images, and text data
  • Evaluate and ensure the quality and accuracy of AI-generated Arabic (Levantine) content
  • Provide feedback on AI responses to help improve model performance
  • Participate in data preprocessing and cleaning activities
  • Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in AI training data

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Arabic (Levantine) - must be able to read, write, and speak fluently
  • English Proficiency: Fluent or advanced proficiency (levels B2–C2)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines accurately
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
  • Ability to work part-time (10+ hours per week) with flexible scheduling
  • Availability to start immediately
  • Must be able to work from home in the Amman/Jordan region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in machine learning tasks and AI data processing
  • Previous experience in data collection and preprocessing
  • Background in data evaluation and quality assurance
  • Experience in data annotation and labeling projects
  • Familiarity with content moderation practices
  • Understanding of AI and NLP concepts
