Job Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Airbnb Assistant to support our client who manages a large portfolio of short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will help manage guest communication, coordinate with property owners and cleaners, and handle backend tasks during peak season. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible remote work with a supportive team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries and communication via Airbnb platform
  • Coordinate with property owners and cleaners via WhatsApp and Telegram
  • Assist with calendar updates and booking coordination
  • Support backend/admin tasks including invoicing and property updates
  • Follow existing workflows and documentation procedures
  • Maintain professional communication with guests and stakeholders
  • Help manage workload and backlog during peak season
  • Ensure timely responses to guest inquiries and issues

Requirements

  • Experienced level proficiency with Airbnb platform
  • Strong communication skills via WhatsApp and Telegram
  • Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
  • Basic understanding of property management operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow existing workflows and documentation
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Main computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
  • Backup computer meeting same specifications
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
  • Availability to work 4 hours per day in EST timezone

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in short-term rental property management
  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles
