Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. This is a full-time remote position that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Design and build automated workflows using Flow Builder
- Configure and support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud modules
- Implement and manage CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for data integration and analytics
- Utilize Agentforce for AI-powered automation and customer service enhancements
- Provide technical support and training to end users
- Manage data imports, exports, and data quality initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies
Requirements
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Revenue Cloud/CPQ)
- Proficiency in building Flows using Salesforce Flow Builder (3-5 years preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Knowledge of Agentforce implementation and usage
- Experience administering Salesforce orgs with 100-4,999+ users
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Background in technology or SaaS companies
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
