Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Growth team at SafetyWing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies that scale our business globally.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid social, search, email, and content marketing
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to iterate and improve marketing efforts
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize conversion rates and user engagement
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to develop growth initiatives and new feature launches
- Identify and explore new growth opportunities and emerging marketing channels
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through the customer journey
- Report on growth KPIs and present findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and marketing analytics tools
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth in user acquisition and retention
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently across multiple time zones
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industries is a plus
- Familiarity with the digital nomad or freelance community is advantageous
