Position: Remote Financial Protection Benefits Consultant
In this fully remote opportunity, you will help working-class families understand and enroll in financial protection benefits through structured virtual consultations. Client meetings are conducted through scheduled Zoom appointments, allowing you to build trust through clear communication and personalized guidance.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating effectively, and building meaningful professional relationships while working in a flexible remote environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom consultations to discuss financial protection options
- Help individuals and families understand available financial protection benefits and coverage options
- Provide clear, personalized recommendations based on each client's unique financial situation and needs
- Guide clients through the online enrollment process step-by-step
- Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communication with clients
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through professional service and ongoing support
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Sociology, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in virtual meeting environments
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple client appointments
- Coachable and growth-oriented with a desire to learn and develop professionally
- Proficiency with Zoom and other virtual collaboration tools
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have valid work authorization
- Must not be a resident of New York or Massachusetts (position not available in these states)
- Access to reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for client meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles
- Interest in financial services, insurance, or employee benefits
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software platforms
