Job Title

Customer Support Manager (West Coast)

Remote Location

Fully Remote - Some traveling will be required for events/conferences. Candidates can reside anywhere in the world.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage service tickets through our in-app live chat, providing prompt and accurate resolution to customer questions
  • Communicate and brainstorm constructively with team members to develop solutions for our clients
  • Identify product improvements by remaining current on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor solutions
  • Manage the production and maintenance of our online, self-paced learning resources
  • Develop learning strategies and work with marketing to deliver positive outcomes for clients
  • Build trust and strengthen relationships with key contacts at the project and company level
  • Conduct virtual and occasional onsite training and workshops to establish successful product implementation as support team on select client accounts
  • Champion the "Heart of a Teacher" mindset to leverage Outbuild's scheduling and planning solutions within the construction industry

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support roles, preferably in SaaS or construction technology environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Experience with scheduling and planning software is a plus
  • Understanding of construction industry processes and terminology
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining educational or learning content
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable with both virtual and occasional onsite client interactions
