Job Overview

We are seeking an AI Developer Engineer to focus on the development and orchestration of Generative AI agents for voice and chat channels, operating on GPU infrastructure on the Microsoft platform. The central challenge is implementing low-latency, high-precision conversational flows, integrating with legacy systems through the MCP protocol, and ensuring complete observability via Langfuse.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and orchestrate Generative AI agents for voice and chat channels using Python
Implement low-latency, high-precision conversational flows on Microsoft GPU infrastructure
Integrate with legacy systems through the MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocol
Ensure complete observability via Langfuse for monitoring and analytics
Develop customer service orchestrators in Python
Configure security layers for AI agent deployments
Integrate corporate tools (CRM, Billing) via MCP Servers
Ensure trace instrumentation for monitoring costs and performance

Requirements

Advanced knowledge in Python programming
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Azure platform
Experience with Generative AI integrations
Knowledge of Microsoft Foundry (recommended)
Experience with MCP Protocol and server integrations
Familiarity with Langfuse for observability
Experience with CRM and Billing system integrations
Knowledge of GPU infrastructure for AI workloads

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Agent Framework knowledge (differential)
Experience with voice and chat channel implementations
Background in conversational AI development
