This role serves as the first meaningful human touchpoint for creators and brands looking to bring custom products to life. You will guide clients from idea to execution with clarity and urgency while operating in a fully remote setup. You will handle a high volume of inbound leads while delivering a personalized, solution-oriented experience. Job Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end inbound sales process from first contact to deal closure, ensuring fast and effective conversion
  • Consult with creators and brand clients to understand product needs, pricing expectations, and design requirements
  • Handle objections confidently while positioning tailored manufacturing solutions that meet client goals
  • Build, manage, and nurture a repeat customer pipeline to maximize long-term account value
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage high-velocity pipelines using structured workflows and disciplined follow-ups
  • Collaborate with production, design, and lead generation teams to ensure seamless order execution and client satisfaction
  • Provide post-sale engagement and account nurturing to encourage repeat purchases and long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of quota-carrying experience in inside sales, account executive, or consultative sales roles
  • Proven success managing high-volume inbound leads in a fast-paced SaaS, SMB, or services environment
  • Exceptional English communication skills with strong video presentation and client-facing confidence
  • Strong CRM discipline with experience managing structured pipelines and rapid sales cycles (Pipedrive experience is a plus)
  • Ability to understand creative and manufacturing concepts, translating client ideas into actionable solutions
  • High adaptability, resilience, and comfort working in a remote, fast-moving environment aligned with US business hours
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deals simultaneously
