Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to join our Marketing team and lead the strategy and execution of Oasis's global field presence during a period of rapid growth. This role sits at the intersection of brand, pipeline, and experience. You will architect and execute a high-impact global events strategy that directly drives awareness, influences enterprise deals, and strengthens Oasis's position as a category leader in identity security.

Job Responsibilities

  • Global Event Strategy: Design and execute a world-class events calendar—from high-touch executive roundtables for Fortune 500 CISOs to major international security summits.
  • Full-Stack Execution: Own end-to-end logistics, including vendor global management, booth production, and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless brand experience anywhere in the world.
  • Pipeline Acceleration: Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every global engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline.
  • Strategic Insights: Translate event data into actionable business impact, continuously optimizing our global strategy based on market trends and performance.
  • AI-Driven Innovation: Leverage AI tools to scale your workflows and create personalized, cutting-edge experiences for attendees.
  • Executive Engagement: Represent Oasis with confidence and clarity in meetings with CISOs and C-level executives.
  • Vendor Management: Manage international vendors and ensure cost-effective event execution across regions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in field marketing or event management, with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
  • Previous experience managing presence at major industry conferences like RSA or Identiverse is a significant advantage
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact events across different regions (US, EMEA, etc.) and managing international vendors
  • Strategic execution skills—able to move seamlessly from high-level strategy to the granular details of on-site production
  • Pipeline-focused mindset with understanding that event success is measured by quality of pipeline generated, not just attendee count
  • Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, or meeting assistants) to optimize work and attendee experience
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent Oasis confidently in front of CISOs and executives
  • Eagerness to take ownership, prove impact, and grow with a fast-scaling startup

Who You Are

  • Builder: You take ownership and turn ideas into execution
  • Detail-Oriented: Nothing slips through the cracks, even under pressure
  • Strategic Thinker: You understand how events translate into pipeline and revenue
  • Relationship-Driven: You know how to engage senior stakeholders and create meaningful experiences
  • Scrappy & Resourceful: You find solutions quickly and move things forward
  • Calm Under Pressure: You handle last-minute changes without losing control

Why This Role

This is not a traditional events role. You won't just execute—you'll own a critical growth channel, influence how Oasis shows up in the market, and directly impact revenue. Join a fast-growing startup where you can shape both the product and team while working with industry-leading investors.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and equity package
  • Opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients
  • Fast-paced startup environment with growth opportunities
  • Work with leading investors including Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures
  • Remote-first culture
