Job Overview

We're seeking client-focused Remote Representatives to meet with families through Zoom-based virtual consultations, helping clients from the comfort of their homes while building lasting relationships in a fully remote environment. This is a client-centered role with virtual meetings only—no in-person appointments required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with families via Zoom to understand their insurance and supplemental health needs
  • Provide personalized recommendations for life, accident, and supplemental health products
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout their insurance journey
  • Educate clients on product benefits, coverage options, and enrollment processes
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
  • Meet weekly performance targets and maintain strong productivity metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance product knowledge
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with virtual tools (Zoom, CRM software)
  • Reliable work ethic and self-discipline for remote work success
  • Outgoing, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the U.S. or Canada
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or have a valid SSN (for U.S. positions)
  • No prior insurance experience required - comprehensive training and mentorship provided

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience (preferred, not required)
  • Sales or customer service background
  • Familiarity with insurance products and terminology
