Job Overview

Magic, Inc is seeking a talented and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, converting prospects into customers, and contributing to our company's growth trajectory. This is a fully remote position based in Asia, specifically Singapore, offering the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a global team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on Magic's criteria
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Magic remote talent solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
  • Participate in sales training and continuous professional development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, B2B sales, or related customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and sales processes
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Availability during standard business hours in the Singapore time zone
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in sales or customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the remote work, staffing, or SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with the Asian market and business practices
  • Knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or other Asian languages)
  • Previous experience with inbound lead generation tools

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: $2,000 - $4,500 SGD (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
